• Make in-store purchases by scanning QR codes from your chosen merchants
• Create virtual online cards with your desired amount for transactions on websites and applications worldwide
• Top up airtime on prepaid phones with the Mobile Recharge feature
• Deposit and withdraw money from CIB's Authorized Banking Agent Network and ATMs
• Load your wallet with cash by linking your CIB debit, credit, or prepaid cards
• Pay mobile, ADSL, and utility bills, or donate to charities
• Check and export your transaction log for future reference
• Save favorite payments, merchants, family, and friends for easy access

• View service fees and an overview of the application

CIB Smart Wallet is available to anyone, even if you don't have a CIB bank account. You can register through any of CIB's Authorized Banking Agent outlets or branches. If you are already a CIB client, you can register by texting your full National ID number and last 4 digits of your CIB card to 4435 or through your Online Banking account. Please note that a valid national ID number and mobile number are required for registration. If needed, you can easily unregister from CIB Smart Wallet via the application.
